Working together to Safeguard Children and The All Wales Child Protection Procedures places a duty on all employers to ensure that their staff are competent and confident in carrying out their responsibilities for safeguarding and promoting children’s and young people’s welfare, including; the roles and functions of agencies, who does what in protecting children, good practice in working with parents, plus a whole lot more.
There is a best practice requirement within this sector, stating that all staff working with children & young people are to undertake and complete this training, every 3 years.
These courses are bespoke and tailored to your needs, so for this reason, these courses are usually run upon request. If you or your organisation are interested in these courses or if you have any questions, please see below to get in touch.
