Welcome to the SFM Training website, we are a leading Welsh training provider offering a wide variety of courses and work-based qualifications with many years of extensive training experience and compliance.

Originally established in 2003, we have grown to become one of the largest, most respected and cost effective training providers around. Our practitioners are experts in both policy and practice and are drawn from Army, Police, Security, Door supervision, Education, Child protection, Mental health and Safety training backgrounds. Needless to say, you will be in safe and expert hands.

Whether you want to work in the security industry (with an SIA licence) or would like to improve your work qualifications and employability, our results are second to none and our prices are set to compete with the very best. We also work very closely with various organisations, companies and authorities and as such, we are happy to discuss funding options.

From Swansea to Wrexham or from Cardiff to Aberystwyth, we’ve got it covered. Our courses usually run on a monthly basis and from regular locations. However, we are also able to run private courses from any suitable location you might request (this is numbers dependant), but please feel free to enquire further about group bookings and payment options.

Our mission is simple, whether you are an individual or an organisation, we always endeavour to deliver training to the highest standard, whilst still ensuring we provide a confidential service at a fantastic price.

Meeting the needs of our students is also crucial to what we are trying to achieve, so not only do we pride ourselves on our service and results, but we have gone one step further by providing job opportunities.

Using our extensive knowledge and contacts within the security industry, we have built up great working relationships with many of the larger employers and these employers are invited to each course to speak about the many work opportunities available at the moment.

But we still weren't happy with this, so we have gone yet another step further again, by setting up ongoing support networks exclusively for our current and former students... within this private domain, students can feel free to discuss any concerns they may have, debate issues, chat, share experiences, or it can just simply be a place to look for work opportunities.

As you can hopefully see, we are not just any old training company. We pride ourselves on the service we deliver and will do our utmost to ensure the needs of the client are met, whilst also helping to find employment and ensuring there is a support network in place.
